INVISTA is building up ADN project and hiring a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to provide the safety, high quality work in an efficient, cost competitive maintenance service to support in ADN project design, construction, pre-com &amp commissioning during project and to achieve operation excellence during future routine maintenance after start-up.
Roles and Responsibilities:
During Project:

Ensure lessons learned previous project and operation will be applied in the new project.
Works with project team and EPC company to review engineering documents and provide comments the aspect of maintainability.
Support to inspect the construction quality to meet the engineering requirement.
Support to equipment final inspection in vendor’s workshop.
Participate in system walk down and handover when mechanical completion, find out and correct the installation issues.
Provide maintenance service in pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Develop Standard Maintenance Procedure and JSA for critical equipment.
Develop maintenance training material and provide training to maintenance/operation team and contractor.
As the key user of SAP system, responsible for SAP master database collection and . Develop/review equipment BOM.
During Normal Operation after Project:

Daily maintenance technical support to technician, operator, and contractor team.
Provide trouble shooting support to maintenance and operation to equipment, work with different functions to generate repair or improvement plan, follow the plan through maintenance activities.
Provide specific training of equipment to maintenance technician and operator, improve trouble shooting capability of front-line staff.
Performing Root Cause Failure Analysis for maintenance related events to identify the root causes and put in place changes to prevent it happened again.
Maintenance cost optimization through data analysis, find opportunities through material, parts localization, safe stock evaluation, raise up innovation idea and implement MOC etc.
Work with vendor and other functions to develop maintenance/repair scheme.
In ge of Equipment refurbishment. Follow TPO process to audit and external repair vendor. Provide or review technical plan, control QAQC for equipment refurbishments.
Prepare the regular outage planning and provide support during outage.
Main Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.
Familiar with the rotating or/and static equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, both on theoretic and practice experience on repair, maintenance, improvement. For rotating equipment, such as reciprocate compressor, centrifuge, agitator, API pumps, ISO pumps etc. For static equipment, such as converter, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline, heat exchanger, safety relieve valve calibration, stop leak online etc.
Familiar with the SAP PM module.
Has maintenance plan and schedule experience.
At least 5 years working experience in maintenance / reliability in a chemical plant or oil refinery.
Education
College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
Language Needed
Fluent English speaking and writing.
Knowledge &amp Skills Preferred:
Have new plant project experience.
Have TPM experience.
Have digit plant project experience.
