職位描述
崗位職責(zé)1、扎實(shí)的電氣理論知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)2、熟知行業(yè)內(nèi)部主流風(fēng)機(jī)精細(xì)化維護(hù),精通機(jī)組日常維護(hù)各項(xiàng)流程3、熟知行業(yè)內(nèi)主流風(fēng)機(jī)精細(xì)化維護(hù)、能夠知道現(xiàn)場開展此項(xiàng)工作4、編制所轄風(fēng)電場每周安全、運(yùn)營分析報(bào)告,制定糾偏及考核措施,提升管理水平,提高設(shè)備可靠性;5、落實(shí)所轄機(jī)組技術(shù)監(jiān)督、缺陷管理、設(shè)備治理、隱患治理相關(guān)工作,保障風(fēng)電場設(shè)備可靠性高、平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行;6、編制所轄風(fēng)電場每周安全、運(yùn)營分析報(bào)告,制定糾偏及考核措施,提升管理水平,提高設(shè)備可靠性7、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性工作及跨部門協(xié)同性工作。任職資格1、熟悉國家及電力行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)規(guī)定;熟悉風(fēng)力發(fā)電流程,了解國內(nèi)外風(fēng)機(jī)主流設(shè)備技術(shù)參數(shù),具有新能源發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)知識(shí);了解新能源領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù)開發(fā)應(yīng)用情況;具備解決風(fēng)電場生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行故障的能力及相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年及以上。2、有主機(jī)廠研發(fā)工作經(jīng)歷和現(xiàn)場工作經(jīng)歷3、本科及以上學(xué)歷,發(fā)電廠運(yùn)行、新能源發(fā)電、電氣及相關(guān)專業(yè);具有中級及以上職稱者優(yōu)先考慮4、能熟悉運(yùn)用日常辦公軟件,具有較好的寫作能力;具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,具有較好的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí),較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力和協(xié)作意識(shí),吃苦耐勞,服從公司安排。

Beijing Concord Operation and Maintenance Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. (Concord O&M for short) is a subsidiary of Concord New Energy Group(0182. HK), and a leading comprehensive technology and service company in renewable energy industry. Founded in 2007, it has over 15-years’ experience in operation and maintenance, asset custody and technical services for renewable power plants. It provides data-driven one-stop solutions as equipment early warning, intelligent diagnosis, maintenance decisions, on-site O&M, retrofit and optimization, and spare parts supply and etc. to power generation equipment, power transmission and transformation equipment, and integrated energy systems
