崗位職責:
-負責上崗期間的各項運行管理工作，協(xié)調組織并指揮當班期間的各項事故處理。
Responsible for various operation management while on the post, coordinate and organize and command various accident handling while on the post.
-負責監(jiān)視設備正常運行，掌握運行方式和負荷變化情況。
Responsible for monitoring normal operation of equipment, master operating mode and rate changing status.
-負責當班期間與電力調度的協(xié)調工作，接受電力調度令和公司運轉經理的各項工作指令，擔當全部操作中監(jiān)護人或操作人。
Responsible for coordination with electric dispatch while on the post, receive various work orders electric dispatch and Company operation manager, work as standby or operator in all operation.
-負責當班期間工作票的簽發(fā)，監(jiān)督檢查各項安全措施，負責辦理工作許可、工作終結、開工、竣工驗收手續(xù)。
Responsible for signing and issuing out PTW while on the post, supervise and inspect various safety measures, responsible for going through PTW, work completing, work starting, as-built acceptance procedure.
-負責新安裝和檢修設備的檢查驗收。
Responsible for inspection and acceptance of newly-installed and repaired equipment.
-負責并組織當班期間設備巡視檢查，做好各類記錄；發(fā)現(xiàn)設備缺陷和異常運行情況及時匯報，按設備缺陷類型及時填寫缺陷。
Responsible for organizing equipment patrol inspection while on the post, make various records; timely report while identifying equipment defects and abnormal operating status, timely fill out defects per equipment defect type.
-負責做好交接班工作，認真及時完成當值時間內的各項工作。
Responsible for pass-down, seriously and timely complete various work while on the post.
-及時完成上級領導分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other work assigned by upper level leaders.
任職資格:
-大專及以上學歷，電氣及其他相關專業(yè)。
College degree or above, electrical or other relevant majors.
-具有5年以上電氣操作、電氣維修經驗，至少有1年以上電力系統(tǒng)的工作經驗。有管理經驗者優(yōu)先。
At least 5-year electrical operation and electrical maintenance experience, at least 1-year working experience in electric system. Preference if having management experience.
-對電氣行業(yè)安全、技術國家有關法令等情況和要求有深刻了解。
Profound understanding in status and requirement like electrical industry safety and technology, State relevant laws and regulations.
-有良好的溝通能力和應變能力。
Good ability of communication and adaptability to changes.
-有較強的責任心，積極主動完成工作。
Strong sense of responsibility, proactively complete work.

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy. The 900 ktpa ethylene plant is by far one of the one-piece facilities that have the highest production capacity in the world.
