Job responsibilities:
Contract management
1. Assist and/or manage the Project Team regarding contract compliance, variation and claim procedures during the project execution;
2. Manage contractors and ensure material delivery on time;
3. Advise the Project team on contractual risks and their mitigation strategies;
4. Actively take part in progress (Site) meetings with Contractors;
5. Report to Project Manager on Earned Value, Variations, Progress and Claims;
6. Reports status and variations plan to Project manager on a periodic basis;
7. Ensure that a CMP(Change Management Process) is documented in the project execution;
8. Ensure all variations and changes during project execution comply with the above CMP.
9. Manage the warranty and performance guarantees of the project assets up to the close-out of the project till the end of the warranty period;
10. Report to line manager on project status.
Material &amp Equipment/service procurement
1. Conduct key supplier pre qualifications;
2. Organize bidding (such as Jianli, services, equipment, utility, etc.) or call-off framework agreements in line with defined sourcing strategies;
3. Analyse bids and negotiate agreements in collaboration with PM and other internal stakeholders;
4. Report to and seek endorsement both JV and Vopak tender board;
5. Place order and manage PO execution incl. expediting etc.
6. Monitors and maintains a procurement planning, coordinated and manages the procurement process.

Sill and knowledge required:
Bachelor’s level by education or experience in a related field required;(Business, Legal or Technical);
5+ years of hands-on experience in contract administration and management, preferably in the oil &amp gas sector;
Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other construction contract formats;
Knowledge of and experience with Claims, Arbitration procedures;
Solid hands-on experience with the conducting of bidding and evaluation of bids;
Strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration and partnering skills;
Fluent in English;
Based at project location.
